How do I place an online or phone order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is expected when the order is placed.

If you believe you are due a refund for a cancelled/declined order please check your statement and determine whether you have a PENDING authorization, or a CAPTURED transaction.  If it's pending you'll need to contact your bank/card company, if it's captured contact us directly with proof of the captured funds to receive a refund.


Please call +91 8360805006, immediately if you are needing to alter an order.  Emails can take up to 24hrs to receive a response; therefore the order may be shipped before its read.

We do everything we can accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or make changes.

Gateway error means razor pay (our online payment system) didn't respond with a credit card approval for payment.

This could be due to a variety of reasons, the credit card number is not correct, your card was declined due to insufficient funds, your address didn't match billing address, etc. Please read the error to determine the problem.

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or telephone to request additional information. In order to protect against fraudulent activity, we must verify the bill-to and ship-to address. When placing your order, please be certain to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card's issuing bank has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time, and possible order cancelation without prior notice.

When will my credit/debit card be charged?
For credit card payments are credited in our account when you finalize the order process.


How do I track my order?
You can log into 
My Account and see the status of your order under My Orders. Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking id on the email id provided by you, with all your order tracking information.


What is a back order?
A back order is when one or more of the items you ordered are temporary out-of-stock. You will be alerted to this status in your shopping cart and again, after the order was placed, via email. Please note that we do not ship partial International orders, which means your entire order will be shipped when the back order item(s) become available for shipping.


How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order in the Cancel Tab before it gets shipped. You can also E-mail us which can take up to 24-hours to receive a response therefore the order may have been shipped before the receipt of E-mail. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or make changes.


How do I return an item?
It is simple to return or exchange your item. Please go to the return Tab and file return of your order. email 
Customer Service to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).


Please note: The cost to ship a return and/or exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is a manufacture's defect. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on mouth guards.

RETURN POLICY


Return and Exchange Policy
It is simple to return or exchange your item. Please go to the return Tab and file return of your order.

Please contact us by calling +91 836 080 5006 or email at:  support@onlinesportskart.com to get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (which must accompany all returns and exchanges).

Please note: The cost to ship a return and/or exchange item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Return and Exchange Policy Details

·         Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided/Ship the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns will not be approved if TAT (Turn around Time – 7Days) is over.

·         All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used, unless being returned due to manufacturing defect. Online Sports Kart reserves the right to decline a return request on opened and/or used.

·         The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return. Place/write the RMA Number on the outside of the box.

·         We recommend that customer obtain, from your shipper, tracking numbers on returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

·         Returns will not be processed without an RMA Number. You may request a RMA Number via E-mail.

·         Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns and exchanges:

·         To ensure timely resolution of issues, shortages or receiving the wrong item needs to be reported within 2 days of order receipt.

·         Returns will be processed within 7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

·         We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

·         This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.

What is your satisfaction guaranteed policy?
We get it, sometimes the item doesn't fit, you decide you don't like the color, or you just change your mind. And, sometimes a product just breaks under normal use conditions. Because we understand, you may return any item purchased from us for a refund for any reason within 7 Days of receipt by you.

If you're returning due to color, size, or change your mind the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you are returning to manufactures defect the original packaging is not required.
We're sorry but there will be no credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 60 days after purchase.

Are OSK products in compliance with Indian product safety laws?
Yes. Our products are in full compliance with all INDIAN laws for product safety.


How much is shipping?
You will come to know about shipping cost at the time of checkout. Shipping cost is as per weight of the product.

In order to offer you the lowest cost shipping we use multiple carriers, therefore carriers may vary. We are using express service but due to Covid-19 Pandemic it may take 10-12 days to deliver the parcel.

Do you ship internationally?
We may ship anywhere in the world, just select International shipping option at checkout. The International shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing, and all fees required to ship Internationally. The recipient is responsible for all customs, shipping charges, and other fees if the package is returned to us by the carrier for any reasons. These fees will be deducted from the refund of merchandise received back. There are no shipping refunds on returned International orders. Heavy item restriction - The shipping agent authorised by PROSPO (INDIA) will deliver the shipment booked to deliver to addresses. Authorised Shipping agent has a weight restriction of 68 kgs packet, therefore items over 68 kgs will be delivered on approval basis logistic agency on the email id mentioned at the time of the booking of the product order.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business day (does not include weekends or holidays) except where noted. All orders must be placed online by

All custom orders ship from OSK within 10 business days (excluding holidays) of receipt of full payment for the order (Depends on the quantity). Those involving screen printing or embroidery are shipped within 15 business days (excluding holidays). You agree to consult with your personal physician before participating in any of these high-risk activities. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By buying, using, providing, or allowing the use of OSK or its Manufacturing Partners products, you understand and agree that boxing, martial arts, mixed martial arts, yoga, fitness, weight training, kick-boxing, and demonstration are high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, YOU EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT of OSK including but not limited to equipment malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Prospo (INDIA). Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Prospo (INDIA) harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities or any other Prospo (INDIA) product.


DUTY OF COACHES, TRAINERS, GYMS TO INFORM OTHERS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before you allow others to use a OSK or its Manufacturing Partner’s  product you agree that (a) you will require that they (or their legal guardian if they are minors) read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale or Use, (b) you believe they (or their guardian) understand that they are participating in a high-risk activity and assume the risk of death or other personal injury, and (c) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Prospo(India) harmless from any claims made by them arising from their use of Prospo(India)and/or OSK products.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As set forth above under the limited warranty provisions, OSK liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it prepaid in the specified period of time. In no event shall the liability exceed the value of the products sold. OSK shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any product sold through its websites, catalogues, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showroom or tournaments. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.

APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES


Your order from OSK shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Peoples Republic of INDIA. If the amount in controversy does not exceed the amount allowed in the Small Claims Division of the District Court, you agree that Court has jurisdiction and venue, and you agree to resolve the dispute in that Court. You agree that any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to the purchase of goods from OSK exceeding the amount allowed in the Small Claims Division shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration subject to the provisions of
THE ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2015 enacted UNDER THE CONSTITUION OF INDIA  Such arbitration shall occur in JALANDHAR JURISDICTION before the Reliable Consultancy through  Durgesh kumar sharma Advocate at Jalandhar  is  a sole arbitrator of the Prospo (INDIA). Any award rendered in any such arbitration proceeding shall be final and binding on each of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the purchase of Prospo (INDIA) and/or Ringside products or any other claim related to the use of products sold through its websites, catalogs, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showroom or tournaments, must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Prospo (INDIA)’s and/or OSK’s failure to enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions.


NOTICE OF DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions of all sales by Prospo (INDIA) provide that all disputes between you and Prospo (INDIA) and/or OSK will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. You GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract except for matters that may be taken to THE SMALL CLAIMSTO THE COURTS OF  JALANDHAR JURISDICTION before the Reliable Consultancy through  Durgesh Kumar Sharma ADVOCATE  AT JALANDHAR  is  a sole arbitrator of the Prospo (INDIA). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury. You are entitled to a FAIR HEARING, BUT the arbitration procedures are SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT.
